Executive Assistant Productivity Architect®
Learn to design smarter workflows with Microsoft 365, AI, Copilot and automation. Ten practical modules, interactive activities and guided projects, available whenever you’re ready to learn.
Save £300 against the standard price of £1,295 + VAT. Introductory pricing ends 28 February 2027.
Pre-orders are open before launch. Receive your welcome email, course overview and preparation checklist after booking. Learning access begins on 1 February 2027 or after full payment clears, whichever is later.
Another Microsoft feature will not automatically solve duplicated work, lost requests, scattered information or endless manual follow-up. The more valuable skill is recognising where a workflow is failing, improving the process, and choosing the right technology to support it.
EAPA Self-Paced brings the Executive Assistant Productivity Architect approach to flexible, independent learning. It is a streamlined version of the live programme, created for EAs, PAs and administrative professionals who want to improve how work actually happens.
Spot repeated admin, unclear handovers and work that depends on memory.
Work out what should happen before choosing an app or automation.
Connect Microsoft 365, AI and automation to practical outcomes.
Work through shorter on-camera explanations, screen demonstrations and interactive lessons. Practise in your own Microsoft 365 environment where possible, with simulated activities when your licence or organisational permissions are limited.
Learn through focused videos and practical examples, with longer walkthroughs for more involved workflows.
Guided walkthroughs, decision-making scenarios and realistic exercises that go beyond passive watching.
A condensed workbook adapted for independent study, with prompts, worksheets and practical activities.
On-demand support grounded in EAPA resources, available throughout your course-access period.
Optional live group Q&A during your first six months, with recordings if you cannot attend.
Track lessons, complete end-of-module quizzes and earn your completion certificate when you meet the requirements.
All modules will be available when your paid access activates. Content is reviewed quarterly to reflect meaningful changes in Microsoft 365 and AI.
EAPA follows a repeatable eight-stage approach, helping you assess a problem before choosing the technology. The emphasis is on clearer workflows, better decisions and measurable improvements.
All ten modules are available from the start of your course access. Select any module below to see what it covers. The learning is designed for independent study rather than copying the full 35-hour live programme.
Understand how work flows, identify common causes of inefficiency and start diagnosing where a process breaks down.
Explore useful AI applications while considering confidentiality, accuracy, organisational permissions and human review.
Write stronger prompts, challenge responses and understand where agents can support repeatable work.
Bring more structure to information, documents, sharing and access across Microsoft 365.
Make requests and actions visible using structured information, ownership and tracking.
Improve meetings, messages, follow-up and the movement of work between communication channels.
Capture work consistently and connect requests to clear priorities, actions and accountability.
Organise useful data, identify patterns and explain the value of workflow improvements.
Recognise sensible automation opportunities and explore workflows and simple app-led experiences.
Work through an end-to-end improvement using your own workplace workflow or a supplied scenario, and create a practical action plan.
Module topics are planned for the launch version. Individual lessons and examples may be refined during final production.
Imagine your team receives requests through email and Teams. Deadlines are stored in a spreadsheet, and follow-up relies on people remembering. What would you do first?
Choose the starting point that makes the most sense:
Start with B. Understand the process and where it fails before automating. Then you can decide whether Forms, Planner, Lists, Teams, Power Automate or something simpler is appropriate. This is a sample scenario, not a graded quiz.
A sample video lesson and a guided platform tour will be added ahead of launch as production is completed.
Complete all required lessons and pass each of the 10 module quizzes with a score of at least 80%. You can retake the quizzes as often as you need.
Submit a Productivity Architecture workplace project or suitable supplied scenario, a recorded walkthrough and supporting evidence. Receive personalised assessment feedback. The designation is awarded only when the assessment standard is met.
The £500 assessment is optional and is not included in the Self-Paced course fee. Completing the online modules alone does not award EAPA Grad®.
“The course has given me intentionality around reviewing my work and workflows.”

EAPA Self-Paced is designed around workplace application. The course can help learners identify wasteful processes, make better use of existing Microsoft 365 tools, introduce AI responsibly and improve the visibility of work and follow-up.
Recorded modules let you develop skills around business priorities, without taking ten afternoons away from work.
Guided scenarios and a capstone workflow project connect learning to the way work is actually done.
A dedicated two-page business case will be available for managers and learning teams. Today’s PA is a CPD Standards Office accredited training provider; this does not imply separate accreditation of this new course.
Organisations can arrange Self-Paced enrolments for teams. On the standard price, discounts are 10% for 3–4 learners and 15% for 5 or more. Promotional prices and group discounts cannot be combined; the lowest eligible single offer applies.
Paul Pennant, founder of Today’s PA, is a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 and Copilot and a former Executive Assistant. For more than 20 years, he has helped assistants and organisations use Microsoft technology to solve everyday workplace problems.
EAPA Self-Paced brings that experience together with practical productivity architecture, AI, agents and automation, using examples rooted in the pressures of real EA and administrative work.
