Two afternoons. Real technology. Smarter ways of working.
Go beyond one-off AI tricks. Explore how Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents, ChatGPT and automation can work together to reduce repetitive work, connect information and improve everyday productivity.
New features alone won’t fix messy processes, duplicated tasks or information scattered across apps. This conference brings the technology and the way people actually work together, so you can identify practical improvements rather than simply collect new tools.
Get a grounded picture of AI, Copilot and agents, including where they are useful and where they aren’t.
See real demonstrations across Microsoft 365, AI and automation, with opportunities to ask questions.
Take part in accessible activities and leave with a toolkit and a 30-day workflow action plan.
Day one explores how to use AI more intelligently. Day two moves from clever tools to better ways of working. Expect expert insights, practical demonstrations and guided activities on both afternoons.
From isolated prompts to more capable digital assistance
From disconnected tasks to processes that flow
Programme themes are planned; session titles, guest speakers and the running order will be announced when finalised.
Every ticket includes practical resources designed to help you try the ideas rather than just watch the sessions.
Ready-to-adapt prompts, workflow templates, checklists and practical reference resources.
Apply ideas during the sessions, with options that don’t depend on a paid Copilot licence.
Revisit demonstrations, catch anything you miss and continue working through your action plan.
No paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is required to attend. Guided activities will be broadly accessible and premium capabilities will be demonstrated separately where relevant. Your organisation’s permissions may limit which tools you can try yourself.
Microsoft MVP · Founder of Today’s PA · Former Executive Assistant
Paul brings more than 20 years’ experience helping professionals get practical results from Microsoft technologies. His approach starts with the work people need to improve, not simply another list of features.
We’re planning specialist guest contributions alongside real-world showcases from EAPA Architects, demonstrating how AI and automation can improve actual workplace workflows.
Contributors and individual sessions will be confirmed ahead of the event.
Designed for Executive Assistants, PAs, office and business support professionals, operations and project teams, managers, and anyone using Microsoft 365 who wants to make AI and automation genuinely useful at work.
You don’t need to be a developer or an advanced AI user. If you’re curious about what these tools can do and want a smarter way to organise work, you’ll be in the right place.
Both live afternoons, practical resources and 12 months of access to recordings are included in every ticket.
Ticket sales are planned to open in January 2027. Get priority access to early-bird updates for 23–24 September.
Book during the early-bird period for the same complete conference experience, practical resources and recordings.
Standard booking includes both live afternoons, the toolkit, guided activities and recording access.
Prices exclude VAT. The early-bird booking deadline will be announced when ticket sales open.
The Executive Assistant Productivity Architect (EAPA) programme helps experienced EAs and senior support professionals design, govern and improve real workflows across Microsoft 365, AI and automation.
Enrol within 30 days after the conference and we’ll credit the ticket price you paid, excluding VAT, towards EAPA.
EAPA is entirely optional. The conference is a complete standalone event.
The conference takes place on Thursday 23 and Friday 24 September 2027, from 1pm to 4:30pm UK time each day. All sessions are live online, and recordings are included.
No. It’s for EAs and PAs, but also managers, project and operations professionals, business support teams and everyday Microsoft 365 users interested in AI and automation.
No paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is required to attend. We’ll demonstrate premium features where useful and design guided activities to be broadly accessible.
Yes. Every ticket includes 12 months’ access to recordings of the conference sessions.
There will be guided practical activities and live demonstrations. What you can build yourself depends on your own tools and organisational permissions. You’ll still be able to follow the demonstrations and plan your next steps.
Enrol on EAPA within 30 days after the conference and we'll credit the full conference ticket price you paid, excluding VAT, towards the EAPA programme fee. This is an optional next step for eligible delegates.
Tickets are planned to launch in January 2027. Ask for updates about guest speakers, programme details and the early-bird booking window for 23–24 September 2027.
