I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for changing the way that I view my career, I came into the Regents college on Monday morning thinking I had little control on what happened from 8am on a Monday morning until 6pm on a Friday evening every week and I expected to leave the college after the course having learnt a bit on how to manage my time a little better and I would have been satisfied.
However I walked out of the Regents college on Tuesday afternoon feeling more confident, empowered, motivated, less stressed and competent than I have ever felt and not just in terms of my day to day work life but on a personal level also. I could not wait to get into the office today and start catergorising Outlook!! I have already set up a training session in the new year to pass on the Outlook tips to everyone else in my office….. it really is invaluable information.
The chance to meet all of the other PA’s and the interaction throughout the 2 days was amazing, myself and a few others were extremely disappointed to not be coming back on Wednesday for another day, we all said we could of spent the week listening to more of what you had to say. I am so looking forward to the lunch.
The course material covered was just perfect for what I wanted to get out of the course, I literally couldn’t have asked for more. It was worth the course fee’s twice over. I was so impressed with you Paul I really was!
