I would like to say a big thank you to Paul, who is an unbelievable teacher. He made me feel very comfortable as soon as I met him, which made learning and picking up new tricks much easier. I was originally attending only the Today’s PA course but as I thoroughly enjoyed it, I went on to attend the Minute Taking course. Both courses are outstanding and I learnt so much. I didn’t know Outlook had so many different features and tools, to make life easier and more organised. I now never feel under pressure at anytime. I am an administrator but I am aiming to become a PA. The courses were important to me as I wouldn’t know where to start if I got a role as a PA. After completing the courses, I now feel confident to go for PA roles and fulfil my ambition of where I want to be. Without this course I would never had got the confidence to do so. Also, since being back at work, I still get updated on new tips from Paul, so I am forever learning to be the best I can be.
I can’t thanks Paul enough, for all the help he has given me and still gives me. I wouldn’t be doing as well and probably would not be as happy as I am now, in my job role, without the courses.
