Yesterday’s Top Tips for Taking Minutes was genius. It is by far the most interesting, relevant and informative course I’ve done in years. I’ve taken minutes at meetings for a long time and the course helped to confirm that I am broadly on track with my minute taking but also gave me a whole host of new tips and techniques. I’d thoroughly recommend it to any minute taker!
