Having been recommended Paul’s course Endorsed PA Training by my line manager who is now an EA, I was really looking forward to accelerating my PA knowledge and skills. The results were really great!
The topics that Paul covered were all relevant and very up-to-date. He provided us with a folder with very thorough notes that we could refer back to. I compared my folder with that of my manager, and he clearly updated quite a few things to keep up-to-date with all the recent software changes and add-ons in Microsoft. I`ve also learned a lot of useful tips on how to be assertive as a PA which is a really important skill to develop. A PA is not a person for everything even though we often feel that we have to say yes to everything. It is important for me to perform quality work and thus I received good advice on work behaviours and processes it is beneficial for me to develop. Paul also taught us about different tools we can use to help boost the productivity and facilitate the communication between colleagues.
Paul is a very efficient trainer and does not waste time which I really appreciated. He answered all additional questions and was willing to go back to any part that needed further clarification. I would recommend the full five days to any PA, EA or any admin support staff member who wants to receive relevant, well presented and super useful information to further develop or pick up brand new skills and knowledge.
