I wanted to contact you to thank you for the Saturday morning sessions with Today’s PA. The fact that you are willing to share your extensive knowledge is certainly very refreshing in this day and age. I have really enjoyed them and feel that nurturing my skills is very important.
As more and more of our secretarial staff are working from home those of us who are on the frontline and need to come into the office suffer from not having that immediate contact to overcome a problem when using Word/Excel/Outlook. I have found that everyone knows a little about everything. Of course Paul you are a font of information! I feel the sessions with you are making me more confident about my choices and also have helped me expand my knowledge which has had a really noticeable knock on effect to my work. I am actually enjoying powerpoint as are the people who are attending the meetings.
Thanks again for your help and support. I was a little worried when I initially attended thinking I would maybe find it difficult to keep up (Not looking forward to Excel!) but I have found that I already had a lot of the knowledge so found it easier to follow than expected.
