I enjoyed the session, I appreciated Paul’s focus to keep questions limited to the end of each section in order to get through the many tips he had to share. Although I had knowledge of Teams before attending, I still learnt many new things to help in my role and highlight to colleagues plus it was a useful refresher for elements I’m not using that often.
