Fantastic class. I have now categorised all my tasks and the tip of converting emails into tasks or contacts is amazing and I have been using it ever since. My aim is to take a page from the handbook every day and practice the tips.
Paul I have now saved so much time I only work 2 days a week – only kidding but truthfully all the tips from every class have made me realise just how many functions are available.
