I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your training session on Microsoft word. As a nurse that has had no formal IT training it was a revelation. I have worked as a nurse for 20 years and have always struggled to do IT work in a fast and efficient manner- I have even been known to have a calculator at my side when using excel! The session was informative, useful and taught in a manner that made the application of the tips easy to understand. I am now looking forward to writing my next assignment for my masters!
