I’ve really been going over everything from the course – I must say on the last day I was trying so hard not to panic because I thought I wouldn’t remember anything.
As soon as I got back into the office on Monday I set up some categories in tasks – what a Godsend! It’s really making a big difference – my productivity has really increased!
I’ve also started to read ‘How to Manage Your Boss’ and I’m finding things that I can do to improve my current situation, with the result that things have got a bit better in the office.
I’ve still got to work on my listening skills though.
