I still think you were the best by far, the content was all very relevant, in parts very eye opening!
I still refer to the course booklet, I was teaching one of our executives about “Rocks and Sand” only last week. I use my task list with categories and “Broken Record” all the time. I have a time delay on my outbox and a weekly review …….. and I never bump my 121 anymore to get another meeting in the diary ….. everything you taught me has made a huge difference. As someone who became a PA by accident I believe your course saved me at lease 10 years of learning the hard way!
