I have settled back in brilliantly this week and can’t believe it is Friday and I am still feeling as organised as Monday morning when I came back in!
Rob, my boss is sure I am an imposter and is very impressed with my new approach to work. Sandra and I have already insisted our bosses move to a new location and we have set up a meeting to discuss possible places next week, so we are definitely causing a stir!
I have implemented the tasks in Outlook and am finding them such a great tool – don’t know how I got anything done before! I have also transferred Rob’s tasks into his as I have access to his mail box, I can add things as and when and he can also view them. I have my end of year review / appraisal in the next couple of weeks and will be discussing the courses you are offering next year with Rob. I have already mentioned the Project Management module and he seems keen for me to attend.
Everyone has heard about my book for life and I keep it glued to my person – it reminded me to even tax my car which slipped my mind after I had abstracted it from my head!
It was a brilliant course and I have fed this back to our HR department.
