Thanks once again for providing Microsoft O365 online training for NHS and Education staff.
Today’s session was a massive eye opener for me – lots of useful tips and shortcuts were provided that I’ve never previously been aware of. As a move towards more “agile” working continues the reliance on IT increases, making it increasingly more important for all staff at all levels to become better versed in using the range of Microsoft O365 tools.
The online training via “Teams” was delivered in a friendly and professional manner that obviously put all attendees at ease and encouraged participation where required. This type of online learning has become more essential throughout the COVID pandemic, but it can be seen that your online sessions now make high quality training much more accessible from all parts of the UK.
