These are all small helpful tips that do make a huge difference to a working day.
I have attended the last 3 weeks (Word, Excel, Outlook) and found valuable information within each session. I have been working with MS since 2000 on a regular basis, however as we discussed today, in a working day we do not have time to make these amazing systems ‘work for us’ to improve our valuable working knowledge. And this is extremely sad. Life for administrators would be much improved, if employers valued them differently and opened up your courses. Employers would receive a high standard and much motivated administrator in return, I am sure of this.
You have a gift for training and you come across extremely well, I thoroughly enjoyed your sessions.
I will be taking your website into work for discussion amongst my network of admin personnel and be looking to attend some courses in the future.
