I had a fabulous and enjoyable 2-day PA training. All the tips, hints & ideas that Paul threw out to us on the course were great. I didn’t even know half of them existed.
I have already started linking my contacts together i.e. bosses & PA. Also confirmed to my boss that the word “sorry” no longer exists in my dictionary and will no longer be using the word.
