I thoroughly enjoyed the class Paul and came back to work feeling re-energised. I have used a lot of the tips including the 2 second rule and the post-it note tip (which actually do work). I find I am more confident when it comes to saying no to people and I say ‘sorry’ a lot less. I think I have more belief in myself and in the position I do. I am managing my time a lot better (also love carrying my wee notebook around with me – it is proving useful for remembering all types of things, not just work). The Outlook tips have been the most useable for me and I now have a task list, meaning less paper on my desk and I completed my first mail merge (although this took me a while)!!
