Online courses
By accepting these Terms and Conditions I agree to make full payment for the course.
Payment
Payment is due in full prior to the course. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS.
The fee is not refundable if you fail to attend the session without informing the organiser.
Transfers
If you cannot attend the session you can transfer your place to a different date free of charge by emailing info@todayspa.co.uk
Face-to-face courses

Transfers
In the event of an attendee transfer to a different date the following administration fees apply:
- 29+ days before a course – £30 administration fee
- 15-28 days before a course – £50 administration fee
- 1-14 days before a course – £100 administration fee
The administration fee must be paid in advance of attending the next course.
Cancellations
The following charges will apply in the event of an attendee cancellation:
- 29+ days before a course – 20% of course fee
- 15-28 days before a course – 50% of course fee
- 1-14 days before a course – 100% of course fee
Microsoft TRAILBLAZER subscription
By purchasing a Monthly/Yearly subscription, you agree to initial and recurring Monthly/Yearly subscription fee and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your Monthly/Yearly subscription at any time by emailing info@todayspa.co.uk
There are no refunds.
