The Importance of Training

Today’s office environment is more demanding than ever.  PAs now need to be ‘all things to all people’: looking after bosses’ diaries, running projects, organising events and preparing (and giving) presentations.

So why is PA training still viewed as something than can ‘fall by the wayside’ with little or no consequence?

Good PA training is vital if an organisation is to get the very best from its PAs, EAs and Secretaries – not to mention the immense benefit such training brings to the Personal Assistants themselves.

PA courses and workshops will certainly help PAs in their day-to-day work, showing them the tricks of the trade, how to handle interruptions, deal with difficult people and situations, acquire new skills and refresh existing ones.

But high-quality, focussed, up-to-date training can do all this and more – boosting self-worth and self-confidence in the role, leading to greater job satisfaction and helping PAs really feel they are contributing to the work of the organisation.

Isn’t that what every manager wants?

To convince your manager of the benefits of good quality PA training – devised for PAs by PAs – download our Brochure or read our Testimonials from PAs all over the world.
