Getting Your PA Training on Track

With so many demands on businesses these days, it is all too easy for your PA training to fall by the wayside.  When there are considerable time pressures, leaving the office to go on a training course can feel like a luxury that you (and your employer) can ill-afford.

But this is exactly the time when you need to stand back, take a look at your role and consider how PA courses can help you.  Whether you need to re-organise the way you and your boss work together, brush up your IT skills, learn how to take minutes, or a mix of all of these, there will be a training course to fit your needs.

The first thing you need to do is make a (New Year’s) resolution to find that perfect PA training course and book yourself a place on it.   Some courses are only one or two days in duration, meaning that your training can be easily fitted around your (and your boss’s) schedule.

PA courses are developed by PAs for PAs so you can be sure your training will be relevant to your role NOW.

But PA training is about much more than just training.  It’s about professional and personal development, networking, and boosting motivation and enthusiasm.
